Part 3: Description of Venue
During the short nights of summer a coterie of vampires with obvious resources and influence move on to the hill of Chena Ridge. After months of construction the Russian Orthodox style cathedral was finished and promptly after words this coterie clamed praxis of the city of Fairbanks. With no strong organized force there was nobody to resist this aggressive move by this group. So now a recluse group of “Lance” members sits perched atop the hill looking over the city. What plans are they plotting? What evil will come of this? Why did they pick this guy as their representative?
Part 4: Storytelling Mechanics
Proxy rules: Proxied characters may find themselves in reduced, even non-existent roles do to a small narrator staff. Please give at least 72 hours warning for proxy and complete the requirements listed in the Camarilla Rules Supplement. Some interaction may be able to be accomplished via our local in-character mailing list or IRC channel when they are established. Please email the VST for more details.
Travel risks: Alaska to put it bluntly is frickin huge, the State's area accounts for one 6th of all the US's total land mass. The Fairbanks North Star Borough (we have boroughs instead of counties) is roughly equal in size to the State of Connecticut. Now that we've covered the little geography lesson, you can see that traveling overland is going to be a significant undertaking, wind and snow aside. Air travel is safe though somewhat expensive but is your best bet getting up here quickly and without hassle. Travel by road is also an option but is somewhat time consuming and involves crossing through Canada.
Visiting characters guidelines: Give us a heads up that you're coming, be nice, and have a good time! Feel free to email the VST if you might need crash space as well.
Experience award guidelines: 3 xp per game will be awarded with additional +1 allowances for exceptional role-play, a +1 for Story line development and a +1 for on time Sign-In (before 7:30). Players will have a chance to pick up a maximum of 3 xp per month for downtime activities as well.
